Describe the perspectives of several characters as it relates to the same event

Understanding a character’s perspective can help us understand why they say what they say and do in a text.
Let’s look at an example:
A big dog is walking down the street without a leash or its owner.
Chracter 1: Meena has a pet dog at home that looks similar.
Chracter 2: Manan was bitten by a dog last year.
How will they react differently?
How will each of them talk about this later?
How will they feel if it happened again?
